How could this have happened on the Mac OS? This sounds like one of those
new PC viruses. I just read in the New York Times on 25 Sep 01 called "Vote
Virus" spreading through email users of Microsoft's Outlook. It appears with
a subject line "Peace between America and Islam!" and the body of the
message is about voting. when the attachment entitled WTC.exe is opened is
deletes all files and sends copies of the email of every address listed in
the address book.

Is Victoria using MS Outlook for email? I still don't see how an exe file
could affect a Mac.
