Well, an easy tweak is to overclock the bus: http://members.home.net/gionpeters/PB1400 But this will also change the CPU speed (so be careful). I am working on adding a HD activity light, and adding a switch to be able to control my G3 CPU speed. I would also like to add a small fan if possible. You can repair CD ROMs for this model, and you can use a Teac 24x mechanism. It might also be possible to use a DVD in this bay, but I cannot confirm that yet.
