Many of the timeservers changed formats to a different "standard" recently.
The default server in the MacOS time-sync control panel broke to, I think.

There is at least one of the big timeservers that is still on the old
format, but I don't recall which one :)

If Freetime has a list to pick from, try a few other servers, and you might
find one that uses the standard which Freetime expects.
