While it is not quite so jazzy as the Kamus PB stand mentioned on that site, you can also just put the PB on top of a box or a couple of telephone books to get the screen to the proper height for you and use an external KB and mouse.
Right now I have an iMac sitting on top of one of those uniriser stands which is on top of two old IIci's to get it to proper height for me. I have that all sitting on a card table which is the perfect height for typing on the KB without stressing the wrists.
