If you already have stuffit expander and PC Exchange on the Mac, just copy
it to a floppy and it should read it fine. You'll probably have to drag and
drop it directly onto the Stuffit icon, not just double click it.

If you don't have Stuffit, you'll need to format a Mac disk on your Mac,
then use a program such as HFV Explorer or TransMac or the like to copy it
to the Mac floppy. While copying it will decode the file.

This is, of course, assuming the file will fit on a floppy.
