I just sent back an duo ethernet/modem card I'd purchased from DLink. A D-Link DMF-560TXD. Phoned up support and the guy sounded like he should be selling me fast food. And he had no scripts. And he didn't know the first thing about macs. And, in fact, they no longer support macs. Say's something about the value of research.
