The problem I anticipate is that the two-for-one (found in their clearance section) is explicitly marked "as-is", i.e. no warranty, i.e. they could feel justified in refusing to exchange. But I'll try nonetheless, as the ethical issues of selling bad merchandise are a bit fuzzy here. I'm still testing the second battery, though, if that one's good I suppose it would be silly to complain. But of course, if I had it to do all over again I would have bought with a warranty--but not from Megamacs, since lower prices can be found. --
