the first of three disks in the install set is boogered for the PCMCIA modem card and so I need either the first disk or the three disk set. The Newer EtherTech gives an error message: "System Software has to be installed first." It's a clean install - it doesn't mention exactly WHAT "System Software" it can't find. Is the installer wasted or did I forget to swing a dead cat over my head at midnight while holding Shift+Option?
