The modem script for the Megahertz cards are available via 3Com, (go 
there, search for Megahertz, and it takes you to their Megahertz support 
pages, links in the support section will take you to their mac support.

I didn't see if all the software for them are there, but the modem 
scripts (in theory, all you need) are there. I just got them for my 
3CXM756 'tother day.
