Speaking of which, what about people who post their Mac for sale and then list the 
software that it has installed on it, adding that if you don't have a legal license 
for this software you (the buyer) should delete it?  Shouldn't the seller delete the 
software?  Obviously they're trying to get more money out of the sale by having the 
software on the computer.  But unless they're also selling you the original CD (or 
floppy) along with any books, license agreement, and serial number; then it's still 
software piracy.
