Beverly, It appeared to me that he was offering the UPDATES, not the full software packages. The updtaes were available as free downloads on Connectix's web site, but are now "abandonware," as Connectix no longer supports the products.
Did you contact him regarding this, or just kick him off without investigating? If he was offering the full pacakge, I agree, he should be kicked off. The updates are, possibly, another matter.
