The problem is that when these pages are created in Front Page, they put in code that isn't standard html. It's part of Microsoft's standard html, so their browser works just fine. Browsers designed to read standard html (is wc3 the standard?) may still have a problem. A good webdesigner will write the code so that it checks to see what browser you have and will give it instructions on how to deal with this non-standard code.
