ASP is notoriously inaccurate with third-party hardware. I bet the only 
thing the Newer CP does is futz the gestalt so that ASP tells the truth! 
LOL, I got a good chuckle out of the thought that the CP is only there to 
keep all the 167mhz buyers from pestering Newer because their CPU 
apparently runs at only 133mhz!
