Checked on the Duo this morning (with the Type III battery) and it had charged completely! Powered the book up and it works fine. I have no idea how long I can run it from this battery. It does seem to work.
I had some problems with it last night, as whenever I turned off the monitor, leaving the Dock running, it would stop charging. I finally left the monitor on and let it go into sleep mode. That seemed to work fine. Time to start adding apps to it! One last question, I've noticed that I sometimes get slow or no reponse to the mouse, when it's docked. A little slowness I can deal with, but this seems to require clicking on an icon three times before it registers. I've bumped up the speed in the control panel for the mouse. I've found a program, Mouse Jolt, that may be a fix for this. Anyone have any suggestions for this problem? -- PowerBooks is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
