Gary,

As Tom said, it SHOULD install itself.  But thats
assuming you are installing from the System CD's that
shipped with the 3400.  If you, like me, bought a
later version of an OS CD and are installing from
that, it won't install the driver you need because
that 3400 ethernet/modem port is proprietary to that
machine.

I ended up installing 8.6 from a G3 CD, then
downloaded the extension I needed (I believe from
Apples support site) and then got my modem working.

With that knowledge, do a google search and you should
find the file you need.  Sorry, I don't have my PB
handy, or I'd look and get the filename and/or email
it to you.

If you search and can't find it, email me and when I
get home, I'll fire up the PB grab the file and send
you what you need.
