thanks, wish it was that simple tho The modem selector is using 'connect via communicard plus' and the set up below that is set to communicard plus so all is ok there.
Its bizarre - the dayna diagnostic says the card is in use and therefore cannot be detailed. If it wasnt in its slot (ie in use) it wouldnt be readable anyway so whats that about?
