Yes, and there are myseterious copies of complete install disks floating 
around, too.

Example:

1) 7.1 + 7.5.3 + 7.6.1,

2) 8.1 and 8.5.1,

3) 8.6, and

4) 9.x

All intended for Apple service personnel, and containing all relevant 
machine-specific versions (plus "site licensed" versions of just about every 
diagnostic and maintenance software packages known to man).
