Check the sleep indicator light on the upper corner of the display; if it's steadily glowing green, press the reset button on the back to start it up. Remove the battery and see if it will start with just the AC adapter. (Sometimes a bad battery can draw so much power there isn't enough left to start the PB.) If that doesn't work, next is to check the AC adapter with a voltmeter if you can. If the ACA is good, and the power manager has been reset (as Jim Arnott suggested) but the PB won't start from the ACA, then sorry, it does begin to look like a logic board problem. As to "working just fine the day before," as I've told I don't know how many clients, when you think about it, everything was working just fine before it quit.
