The power adapter is 110-220V, so I think you should be fine on that account. AFAIK the only other concern might be the modem port. Being in the USA myself I'm not entirely sure if there's a difference or not. Should be fine on the power though. I have recently won an auction for a PowerBook 3400c on eBay. However, the PB is coming from the USA and I am concerned about the PSU. I doubt it will be compatible with the traditional GB power sockets, even with a converter. Would you be able to advise me on whether I need a new PSU or just a wall socket converter? This will be my first ever laptop, though not my first Macintosh. So I'm just a little concerned about this. If I do need a new GB-specific PSU? Do such things exist or am I just being paranoid? Now I AM getting paranoid! Will the PB work AT ALL in the UK! Argh! It came to around 130 in total including shipping to the UK. Seemed like a good price. Would you agree? Considering I got a Quadra 800 for 30 a while back... Anyway. Any advice or links to PB resources would be appreciated. -- PowerBooks is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
