I would like to add this, inexpensively (duh). I already have a Micro Asante SCSI-to-Ethernet for PowerBooks but don't want to use that. Not even sure if it would play well with OS 9.1.
Can the 33.6 modem/10BT piece from faster 3400's be added, or did they have that soldered on the motherboard? A PC card? Where do you suggest I look; what manufacturers; how much should it cost etc. I'm limited to one that does only 10BT, right, unless I shell out $99 for MCE to swap the cage? Bonus question: Although I don't have a 802.11b network, I'm also interested in hearing what card the 3400 could take if that option should ever come to pass.
