I was surfing sites related to the 1400 battery last night, and came across a statement on one that even if it still works, an AC charger "goes bad" over time and ruins batteries. They recommended buying a new charger along with a new battery.
Is this just to get someone to buy more stuff? Anyone heard of old chargers somehow causing new batteries to deteriorate quickly? I was planning to buy a new battery, but my original Apple charger seems to work fine. -- Dennis Helsel 9278 Lark Sparrow Dr. Highlands Ranch, CO 80126 email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- PowerBooks is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
