For several weeks now my PB3400 is not going to sleep at all. The hard
drive winds down. The control panel settings are set to go to sleep
fully after 5 minutes, both on AC and the battery.

Manually with the key strokes I can put it to sleep. Automatically, it
will not go to sleep. Maybe someone can help with that. I run OS8.6.
I don't want to reinstall the entire system. I tried zapping PRAM,
rebuilding the desktop, etc. If some extension is getting in the way
or is not set correctly, please let me know.
