I have received several very helpful posts, both on and off list, about installing the focus Video/Ethernet card. Thank you all. I have to work up my courage. I have never taken a powerbook apart and it seems as if actually seeing the procedure on video would help me, in addition to the written instructions.
I also own a PB520. The video to which I refer is for the 540 (same format I am pretty sure although I don't own a 540) and I saw it mentioned in the archives. If it really exists I think it would be very helpful to me. That is why I inquired for that particular video. I spent $71 twice within the past year to have my PB520 worked on (taken apart).
