Er, uh... no.

I am asking, when using Global Village software in a Powerbook 1xx-5xx, how 
does one control the internal/external modem choice?

For the Apple 14.4 Express Modem, an "Express Modem" control panel is 
provided, but it does not work with the Global Village modem.
