I received a "new" one from ebay or swap, can't remember which, ages ago. Was waiting till my RAM upgrade arrived before installing it. It works worse than my old one! But anyway, I dismantled my Apple Keyboard II out of curiosity, and found the keyboard connected to the electronics board by two ribbon cables - the left has 13 lines, the right has 14. Ribbons coming from the Duo - left, 13, right 14.... So it might be possible yet.
