No, this is generally not true. It is true that a 16MB or 32MB module will be interchangable between a Kanga and a 3400 but most larger modules are not. I have a Kanga and have owned several 3400's and all the 64MB and 128MB modules I have had that worked in one did not work in the other except for one 64MB card, it worked in either.
