The REA program is still current/active. Some have reported that it is now over, but Apple's website says it is current until well into 2003.<< Did the battery disconnect. Didn't work. Reseated the HD connector and the RAM card, and off it went. I suspect the RAM card, as I'd had the 'book on a trip to Maine. BTW, the REA program is active through September, 2003.
