Eek!  I hope it wasn't plugged in at the time...  But there's nothing 
like a little tingle on the tongue to teach the dog not to do that 
again - ours won't touch club soda, the one time she did it scared 
her half to death!

If you don't find one here, I'd suggest the swap list.  You should 
find one there, no problem.  But if that doesn't work out for you, 
try eBay - these things should be a dime a dozen on eBay.

A fair price, I'd say, would be $15 - $30 on the swap list, about the 
same on eBay.  Of course, that's for a used one.  New ones are rare, 
but I don't see any reason why you should buy new - the adapter 
itself is fairly robust and probably would be the last component in 
the 5300 series that would die (knock on wood - one of mine IS dead - 
grr, it came that way from a retailer! Don't get me started!!! - and 
I've heard of others that have died also).
