Jim,
Welcome to my world. Let me guess, it looks great on the desktop, double
clicking it impressively launches TCP/IP, TCP/IP recognizes it...and
that's it. No communication.

So Jim you and I each have (in my case two) inoperaple dongles, because
I'm guessing that like me, the LED doesn't light up on the cable? Or,
perhaps it's possible the driver only works halfway in systems like
ours.

We need to test on a supported PC laptop to know for sure which scenario
is true.
