Hi all
Well DiskWarrior optimises the disk directory but I believe defragmenting is
making saved files occupy contiguous disk space. If the partition is just
used for caches etc then Finder - Special - 'erase disk' is an easy way to
go - it will not wipe the entire HD - only that partition. If there are
files you want to keep on it and defragment then such as Norton and no doubt
others will do this.
