I have one of those high-capacity BTI batteries for a PB 5300 that Apple's Battery Recondition killed. :-( It worked fine until I ran the software. Neither the PB nor a VST charger could recogonize it or bring it back to life.
Someone posted that you can "jump start" some of these PB NiMH batteries with a lab-type power supply (I have access to some which I believe would do the job). Could whoever posted info on how to do this please reply (on of off list)? And, what are the "pin outs" for the battery contacts? Thanks in advance.
