Resolder the joint, then bed the whole thing in epoxy.

I picked up a Wiha T8x40 driver at a local electronics shop for ~$3. 
This is a nicely made one with a little spinner cap on it Put your index 
finger on the top and spin it with thumb and forefinger to spin out 
those long screws on the back of the 5300 (having just replaced a drive 
in mine today)
