True, but for your purposes: just use a PC Card Adapter like this one: http://www.semsons.com/pccarmemstic.html (This was just a quick search, but there are tons of them out there, just google for "Memory Stick PC Card Adapter") I've found that these Adapters work better than cables anyways, and you preserve camera battery power ...
