Since yesterday I've noticed a weird ringing sound from my powerbook, 3400. It all started while I was attempting to upgrade from OS 8.1 to 8.6. I eventually succeeded but now once i a while while browsing I get the sound and then the computer freezes. Anyone know what's going on here? TIA. Peter.
