I guess this can be regarded as a screensaver question:
Does anyone know whether anyone's copied or digitized actual NASA control room telemetry screens from various missions which can be used as screensavers?

Well, not that I'd ever seen, but such a thing would be damn cool, if I do say so myself...
I've been thinking about programming a system to track the International Space Station and other known satellites that would give you info about when you can expect to see them overhead, etc. It would be just for fun, as I'm sure such a thing must already exist... Maybe one of these days I'll actually do that. If I could figure out how to get ahold of the STS or ISS (or even deep space missions) telemetry, I'd also consider writing that something like that screensaver idea you mention...
