I need some input. Have a fully decked out 3400c with the
floppy, CD, & Zip modules, along with 4 good LiIon
batteries for it.

I'm seriously looking at a 5300c with a good history, and I
was wondering which, if any, of the above I could use with
a 5300c. I've scoured LowEndMac and other sources, but
haven't found the right information yet.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

As I understand it the Original G3, 3400 and 5300/190 all use the same form factor for the battery but the compatibility only goes one way. The G3 can use any of the batteries, LiOn or NiMH. The 3400 can not use the G3s LiOn but can use it's own and the 5300s NiMH. The 5300 can only use its NiMH battery. So in other words, no the 5300 can't use the 3400s battery.

The floppy and Zip modules should work in the 5300.
