Hi, assuming the Trash is empty and there are no files, aliases, or folders
on the desktop that belong to the RAM disk, it is possible that this
problem is the result of an invisible file on the RAM disk. For example, if
you have used file sharing, there will be such a file.

Have you tried formatting the RAM disk? That should wipe out anything left
on the dektop as well as any invisble files.
