Hello Clark: Just make sure that you emptied the trash after putting you Ram disk files in there and that the trash is truly empty. You may have to use the option key (alt) to make sure. You may also want to trash (and empty) the memory, finder, and system prefs and reset your PRAM. Let us know what happens.
