Welp, I coulda sworn I saw a green light on my Orinoco in my 1400 once, but it's not there now when I boot up the 1400 -- though the WaveLAN icon on the desktop goes away when I take out and reinsert the card. So now I'm even wondering if my PCMCIA slots work in the 1400. Anyone had trouble with those?
Oh well, having a wireless 1400 sounded like a good idea when I started looking on eBay... That said, and though I'm not quite ready to toss out the idea of 802.11 in this 1400, anybody know where I could find the 1400-specific ethernet cards that fit where I have a video-out card now? Suppose that's still worth a shot. ??? Anyone want to trade a video-out for ethernet? ;^) Ruffin Bailey --------------- -- This message sent by an unregistered version of The Digest Handler.
