first Dan Palka cunningly claimed:
>Also a 24x cd drive which doesnt count for anything other than I don't
>know anybody else with the 24x in their 3400c.

then "KG" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> pondered:
>I had no idea such a thing existed for the 3400. Now if only
>there were an internal CDRW that could go in there.

and I queried hopefully:
>> OK, I'd thought I'd seen every available optical EBM for 3400/Kanga
>> (20x being the fastest of which I'm aware) but now DP says 24x

but then Dan Palka admitted:
>entirely my mistake 20x is what i have

Sigh, unless one is willing to do some serious cable and EBM fabrication
I think there is no chance of having other optical drives in a
3400/Kanga. I _really_ did get my hopes up though for a moment there.
