Usually the power connector will break loose of the board. You can check it by pulling the AC off and seeing if the plug will jiggle when you touch it. The other way is to check a; if the battrey is testing by checking the lights or b; putting in a charged battery and see if it will start.

Hi All,

I own a beautifull powerbook g3 wallstreet 233, which worked perfectly.
However, all of a sudden it wont boot. Ive tried everything (resetting
etc.), but when I press the powerbutton absolutely nothing happens. Even
when I use the 220 volt (Im from the netherlands) powersupply.
Ive understood that it could be the soundcard, but it seems to me thats
hard to test.
Does anyone have any ideas before replacing the (expensive) soundcard.

Thanks in advance,

Lars
