The MickieD's here in Chicago that has WiFi charges for it, as does Starbucks. The Schlotcky's near me barely serves food let alone Wifi. :)
According to the Panera manager I was talking to, the stores listed on that page are the Company-owned locations, and the franchise holders may or may not end up participating.
