Yes indeed there is a fuse on the motherboard to supply terminator power,
chances are that it has blown and you are getting no 5V term power,
unfortunately I do not have the SCSI pin-out to hand, if you have the
pin-out then check for 5V between term-power & ground, if it is absent then
you will have to pull the book apart to find the fuse, it is probably a 1A
surface-mount.
