Sorry I intended to answer this in my previous post,
The II has a 68882 fpu and extra Vram, these are absent from the Plus as
they were not used by PPC or '040' Duo's, if you intend ever using '030'
Duo's then the II is a better bet, however for the 2300 there is no
advantage to either one.

NB if one already has a HDD fitted then grab that one as it will save you
the trouble of finding the mounting kit and cable if you later wanted to fit
one.
