Have a 1400 that is acting strange. Up til now, no problems. Is a 133mhz, 48mg, running OS 8.6. had been asleep for two days. Waked it up today,no problems. Inserted a CD. got the message that it was running on reserve battery power although the adapter was plugged in. Screen went blank to save memory. It was not recognizing the adapter. This is being used as a desktop and does not get moved around. So I don't suspect any damage to adapter port. Then the blinking green light went solid green. I removed battery, disconnected adapter and reconnected. Nothing. Now all I have is the solid green light. I have used the Reset button to no avail. Green light goes off while I push it and back on after it is released. What else can I do?
