If it's a stock Apple power adapter, it could have died. The darned things
crap out from heat. That happened to two of mine. The next Power
Adapter/charger I bought was actually a cheaper third party unit and has
been fine for 2 years.

My problems are all about crummy batteries. I've NEVER gotten more than 30
minutes out of a fully charged one.
