Thanks! Yeah, I know it looks like the Duo of Peter's, but I didn't intend for that to happen. Maroon was the only "color" that Wal-Mart had in stock when I got the bug to paint the case. I'm trying to think of ways to differentiate my PowerBook 5300 from his Duo... Maybe a great big "PowerPC" on the back of the lid. We'll see. Still, I like the way it looks as it is.
I could come up with a few reasons why I didn't paint the I/O door, but the reality is that I just couldn't find it when I was painting the rest of the case... When I did find it, I was too stinking lazy to paint it. ;-)
I'm getting a 5300c from the swap list, though, so I'll soon have yet _another_ machine to play with. Hmm...
