I have a 750mb HD in my 540c. I also have a 1gb SCSI HD (unused at the 
moment). Personally, the largest capacity scsi 2.5" I ever heard of was 1.1gb; 
called a "monster," or "Godzilla" or something. Rarer than a Rev.3 PCMCIA module...
