Reset?  It drains completely, thus allowing more charge to soak in.  What
you want.  The apple utility however wants the ac in.  If it does not
respond to that and/or any other utilities, it is dead.  Although I hear
putting the thing in the freezer can create some spread--enough to wring
more with B. Amnesia
