This would probably not help (but you could give it a go) what it needs is
internal screening between the individual wires in the cable as the
'ghosting' is due to cross-talk rather than external pick-up, the only
long-term solution is to buy good quality cables (and possibly a good
switchbox as the cheap ones can give quite a bit of cross-talk even with
good cables)
